Facebook Data Deletion Policy

If you signed in to Reflex AI using your Facebook account and wish to delete the data we received from Facebook, you can do so at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy and making data deletion simple.

Facebook Login Data

When you log in using Facebook, we receive and store the following data:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your Facebook user ID

We do not access your friends list, posts, photos, or any other Facebook content.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of all data associated with your Facebook login by any of the following methods:

Send an email to support@hive-project.com with:

  • Subject: "Facebook Data Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your Facebook account

โš™๏ธ Method 2: Remove via Facebook

You can also remove our app's access from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
  2. Find Reflex AI in the list of apps
  3. Click Remove
  4. Check the box to "Delete all posts, photos, and videos" if prompted

2. What Happens When You Request Deletion

When we receive your data deletion request:

  • All data associated with your Facebook login (name, email, user ID) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Your account and any associated data will be removed within 30 days of the request.
  • Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.

3. Data We Delete

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your name as received from Facebook
  • Your email address as received from Facebook
  • Your Facebook user ID
  • Any account data linked to your Facebook login

4. Data We Do Not Store

We want to clarify that we never store or have access to:

  • Your Facebook friends list
  • Your Facebook posts or photos
  • Your Facebook messages
  • Your Facebook activity or browsing history
  • Any other Facebook content beyond the basic profile information listed above

5. Confirmation

After your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please contact us again at support@hive-project.com.
